I offer professional personal training services for people of all ages looking to improve any aspects of their fitness. I am based in Evesham but will travel if required to the Tewksbury, Worcester, Stroud, Cheltenham and Gloucester areas.
My job involves helping people reach their fitness goals by implementing progressive and structured programmes, along with professional training methods and nutritional advice. I am dedicated to helping people reach their goals and aspirations and offer a passion and enthusiasm for fitness to all of my clients.
Are you looking to get in shape for a special occasion? Maybe you’re training for a charity event such as Race for Life or want to shed a few pounds ready for the summer months. Perhaps you just want to get in shape full stop and make sure you stay that way all year round. Whatever you goal, I can help you get there. I cater for all ages and levels of fitness and tailor to the individual using a large range of training methods. No matter where you are in your life, I can design a plan to get you where you want to be, and give you the encouragement and motivation you need along the way to make sure your goals become a reality.
I have over 20 years of gym techniques and experience as well as being REPs Level 3 certified, the benchmark for all professional personal trainers. I'm also a qualified First Aider and have full public liability insurance.

Personal Training - £35.00 per session
- Flexible working hours: 6am - 9.30pm weekdays and all day weekends.
- All payment methods accepted with flexible payment options available.
- Initial consultation - Free of charge.
- Phone advice for all clients.
- 10% discount on block bookings.
- The more you book the less you pay.
Prices shown include your 1-hour personal training session, my travel time to your place of training, program design and updates, fitness testing and nutritional advice to ensure maximum results.
