Power lifting titles

In 2006 I became the World Champion Drug Free Power Lifter for the 90kg category, bringing home 4 gold medals from the Championships in Bendigo, Australia. This is one of my greatest achievements and was a proud moment. It was even more of an achievement considering I had only just returned to the sport after a 15-year break, and had also just reached the golden age of 50.

Dead lift un-equipped and world record holder for equipped.

European Masters Champion 2007 (Switzerland)

Bench press, dead lift equipped and un-equipped.

World Masters Champion 2006 (Bendigo, Australia): Winning 4 gold medals

Bench press un-equipped and world champion and world record holder for dead lift equipped. World champion dead lift un-equipped, world record holder and bench press.

British Masters Champion 2006/2007 (UK)

Bench press dead lift equipped and un-equipped.Dead lift British record holder equipped and un-equipped.

Midlands Masters Champion 2006 (Midlands)/2007 (Cheltenham)

Dead lift equipped and un-equipped along with bench press. British bench press record holder and best over all male.

South West Champion

Full power squat, bench press and dead lift equipped and un-equipped at 90kgs and at 82.5kgs.
